I was born in California. I visit Redondo beach and family for vacations. I moved to Scottsdale Arizona then to Tucson where I achieved an Associate’s Degree in Automotive Technology. I also have three ASE certificates (automotive service excellence) and Kia University certificate from Kia dealership. For ten years I worked in automotive shops as a mechanic around Tucson areas such as Green Valley, Oro Valley and Catalina foothills.
Working on cars made me gain multiple skills. The skill of working with my hands and studying to become knowledgeable to perform a vehicle safety inspection. A vehicle’s inspection is the most important job that it Is the first job to do from starting the vehicle to pulling it into the shop. I want to bring those safety skills into finding the kind of investment my client needs. I will have a good eye for inspections like I do with cars I can do with houses from inspections to negotiating the right price that a home or any investment property is worth, one that is fair and agreeable.
I came from a family that inspired me to get my Real estate license. My dad had his contractor license in California and Arizona. My brother is a handyman/remodels homes in SaddleBrooke. He owns his own business and is in the process of obtaining his Arizona contractor’s license. I plan to learn from them. In return I will soon have my own homes for sale and rent as well as helping other people and families buy and sell their home. I know what it is to work, study and achieve my goals.
